Division. For example, to convert, say, .125 into duodecimal, divide 1 by 8, using a duodecimal multiplication table, so, just as the first step in long division in decimal would be 8 divided by 10 (1), so you divide 8 by (duodecimal) 10 to get 1 with a remainder of 4, then 8 by (duodecimal) 40 (= decimal 48) you get 6 with a remainder of 0, so .125 in decimal = .16 in duodecimal -- "There's no such thing as 'cool'.
