I'd probably be interested in helping code this, regardless of language/framework. Rails would be my first choice, though.

I've been working on a Rails replacement for my hand-maintained-XML-with-Perl-script-generating-static-HTML homegrown solution. Compare: with the Rails version (bugs likely exist, as I haven't worked on it for a bit now): -- AA
