Wait, I just realized, there's no need for {oe}, I can just use =F6.=20
Originally, I didn't have =E4, and I wanted to avoid umlaut, that's why I
used y and oe. I originally planned to have irregular stress, with
stress indicated by an acute (circumflex with =E8), that's why I wanted t=
o
avoid umlaut.
So, new revision of vowel orthography:
i =FC u
e =F6 o
=E8
=E4 a
In addition, I'll change =FF (y-umlaut) to y
Also, forgot to add that stress is on the first vowel of the root
