At least they do up North it the Dakotas and Minnasota, et al.  Have I heard
soe lulus!

Then there are the Irish jokes ad Polak jokes and Catholic and Rabbi jokes
and . . . and . . . and . . . ad infinitum. . . . . . . . . .
