This is true. For example I wouldn't be allowed to vote for the Emperor
of the Free World. NZ has refused to respect America's
'don't-ask-don't-tell' policy towards vessels potentially carrying
nuclear weapons for 12 years or more. In retaliation America suspended
military aid given to NZ under the ANZUS treaty. As a supporter of NZ's
nuclearfree policy this makes me an enemy of the American state. (My
cheek is going numb, I think it is due to my tongue.)
Unless the list gives approval to discuss the elections of all countries
represented by two or more members of this list I would like to see this
thread come to an end.
