Uatakassi has very little in the way of punctuation.  The only
punctuation marks that I know of are:
Word-separator (optional)
Name-marker (surrounds the name, equivalent to capitalization)
And possibly:
Quotes
Sentence end

I suspect that more punctuation has evolved by modern times.
