Kash has: 1. full stop (period), basically an em-dash on the line; 2.
"comma", between clauses, could also function (doubled) as a semi-colon, and
as a colon in headings-- a slightly elongated hyphen written mid-line.
Others: 3. "hyphen" for dividing full reduplications (e.g. viri-virik) and
compounds that use unmodified bases (e.g. tumbra-lica [heal-cut] 'perform
surgery'), a large dot written on line; 4. quotes, resembling the equal
sign, written mid-line before and after. 5. Decimal point-- like the comma
in Arial; 6. Percent-- I used the per mil sign, but with Kash zeros, sort of
_/66_ The original font also had a ? and a !, which I didn't really like
and will probably re-design. Somewhere I have ideas for plus, minus,
divided-by and multiplied-by, as well as square-root, but never got around
to fontifying them.
