Like the Quenya impersonal verbs, such as "it happens". Perhaps something
similar could be used of conspiracies—the ubiquitous "they" of the
plagiaristic spy movies. It could be used also for introductions ("It
here contains/presents Rachmaninov"), for restaurant menus, for unborn
babies, for clothing, or for people of extremely lower class. Groups of
people working together might be referred to with this "it", and
businesses as well.
