Ohwell....mind if i borrow the idea, though? :-)
Aside from the Syrian communities of Brooklyn and (i think) Buenos Aires,
Jews don't consider marrying a convert as "intermarriage". In
subcultures with more of an emphasis on arranged marriages and the
'status' of the arrangees, a convert might not be considered as much.
But besides that, there's nothing preventing it besides people's own
attitudes.
