It's always bothered me (from a realist/theoretical POV) that so far at
least my Planet Cindu has only three language families for its 3 distinct
sentient/loquent species (one, Prevli, a teeny minority lg. of people of
uncertain origin). I can see that the Kash, being telepaths, might all
600million speak langs. belonging to a single family, but I'm beginning to
think that the Gwr (400million) are going to have to have several, no doubt
due to very ancient splits.
