I find the whole idea of music & math being international languages
rather dubious. Music in one culture is not necessarily music in another
(much less even within one culture, i.e. many people in America do not
consider Rap music... nor John Cage' chance pieces... or even the recent
fractal-math-based music ...)
As to math being international, in different cultures there are differing
approaches to counting, i.e. base-10 (decimal) , base-2 (binary), etc ad
infinitum...
