Pronunciation, varies somewhat by dialect, but one way of saying it is
[kintA'nijA]. It's the diminutive of _quintana_, which my dictionary
doesn't have, but it's probably a derivative of _quinta_ "country house,
villa" (among a few other meanings), so "little country house", maybe?
