'Instrumental' and 'allative' as opposed to ablative and locative
(unless that is covered by dative).
As for the ninth, it's hard to find a 'natural' choice
or one that doesn't come in a pair or triple.=20
(like inessive/elative/illative - inside of/out of/into)
