I'm looking at it right now. I would make one major change: offer the font
as a .zip or just an uncompressed .ttf (unless it's a huge CJK-like font). I
couldn't run the self-executable (I use Windows XP), and people would
probably be afraid to run .exe files anyway.
The language seems pretty nice-sounding; I see the Japanese influence there
(words ending in -tsu especially), but it also has some of the character of
Armenian with its consonant clusters since you have words ending on V, SH
and K, as well as some of its consonant clusters.
I'll have to read the rest later; I'm much more expert on phonology than I
am on grammar.
