Sort it out in your owns hands. Give the coins first, then the notes
(which is the only way mixed currency should be given). Most people who
won't think about the advantage will just type whatever you've given to
them into their machines anyway, don't both understanding and just give
you the right change. It's not like they're paid extra to care...
