Jim Grossmann, here.
I'm 44, born in 1957.
I've wanted to conlang since 4th grade: my first language differed from
English by limiting each word to five letters, and each sentence to five
words.
But I didn't know how to make honest to goodness con-clauses until high
school.
My first full length manuscript came ten years ago. I've revised it three
times since, and it became Goesk. I didn't start thinking creatively about
embedded clauses until 1995.
So it's hard for me to figure out when I started conlanging.
Maybe you should put a question mark in my number of years column.
