i'm used to /sI'bEIli@s/, altho it's meant to be
swedish with a finnish accent, so probably
['sib_0elius:] ;-)

/dvOZ`a:k/ i think, [Z]'s pretty standard amongst
anglophones. what's more contentious is whether to
begin the word [dv], [d@v] or [v] ( i use the first )
