Hey lady, dontcha know he is One Of Us? M.A.R. aka Muhammad Abd-el-Rahman
aka Phil Barker, Urduist, conlanger, conscripter, conculturist. I heard
him speak and exchanged a few words with him about Tsolyani phonology
back in 1976. Naturally he's going to take a slightly veering approach
to things!
