The only example that comes to mind is the writing system used for Quya, the language of Ricardo Pinto's "Stone Dance of the Chameleon" series. http://www.ricardopinto.com/quya/index.html Quya is written in composed glyphs, where ideo- and logograms are put together to create single glyphs conveying a single idea.
