    WOW!  Thanks for the link!  Also, I have two versions of this Pocket
Dictionary (one's newer), but then even better than that, I found at a used
book store the larger dictionaries that those dictionaries are based on, so I
have those too.  :)  Anyway, thanks a lot!  The book I have doesn't find it
necessary to mark initial glottal stops or long vowels!
