Is the listserv having a stammer?

Is it only me or is the list stuttering? In the last few hours, I've been
receiving posts from many people (so the problem's not coming from one person's
email client) that I had already received yesterday. I remember it happened
already two years ago or so (I had also been the first to warn in that
case ;))) ). Is it happening again?
