Another unknown language query

I recently posted a request for a translation of some Latin I'd found in an old
manuscript. Now, in the same ms., I've come across something much more
interesting:
De-O-me-Sevi
mi-do-a-Tima.
Which is followed by what is presumably a translation: "With our gods we go all ways
in tune." This may or may not be a real language; the author was stark raving
mad, and it may be either an imaginary phrase or even part of a conlang. Can
anyone identify this?
The author lived from the 1860s to the 1940s. The date of the ms. is unknown.
