Thank you, Estel.
I now feel very much better about one of my own con-cultures who do not
have politicians (nor even court members) and who have a *very* strong
sense of what we might call "civility" or "civilized behavior," but
absolutely *no* concept whatsoever corresponding to what we call
"civilization" and no concept of government as an organization. And they
would also never say or think any of these things below.
