Biggs died in 2000. I don't know who (or if anybody) is currently
responsible for distributing Pollex. (If I did, I'd try to get them to put
it online.)
Jeff Marck used Pollex for his dissertation, so I'd suggest dropping him a
line. Looks like he's still at ANU:
