Thesaurus

I noticed that my lexical materials mostly emerge in groups of
semantically related words.

So I thought it would be natural to arrange them as a thesaurus.

Has anybody on this list any experience in designing thesauri? Are there
problems I must be aware of?

For example, will I be sued if I copy the structure used in Roget's?

BTW, as definitions and categories will be not in the same language as
the lexical stuff itself... has anybody seen a bilingual (or multilingual)
thesaurus?
