Rouen?! You would move in my birth town then!!! (OK, not exactly, I was born in
Mont-Saint-Aignan, small town of the subburbs of Rouen, but that's only because
that's where all the clinics and hospitals of Rouen are situated ;)) ) And my
parents still live in a small town 10km South of Rouen.

I can tell you Rouen is a nice town to live in. And the nice part is that we
could meet when I go in holidays to see my parents :))) .
