I was. A comic book[1] (part of a collected volume[2] I just bought
my brother for Christmas, and was rereading) and a text-file
annotation upon it[3]. Although the annotation itself contains some
information about Norton, it would be largely incomprehensible to
someone unacquainted with the work to which it refers; however, the
appendix (scroll down) consists of two of Norton's obituaries printed
in the American press in 1880.
