No, especially in that a pidgin is a very reduced form a language.
Although some language contact is involved, it is also not a creole
because there is no phase of creolisation or pidginisation. It
builds on many of the ways that the non-Sinitic Asian languages have
been influenced by Chinese, but there is no mixing for the sake of
mixing.
