Having grown-up with many relatives in South East Asia, why of course,
lah.
Singlish is one of my fav mutant Englishes (another is Hindlish, & still
more are the most extreme of the mutant Englishes of Melanesia: Tok Pisin,
Bislama & Solomin Ilan Pijin).
