Most of the Elves of Lothlórien were Silvans, but Tolkien is vague on
whether the Silvans were Avari, Eldar (Nandor to be exact) or a mix. There
were also Elves of Sindarin origin in Lórien, and Sindarin was the everyday
language of the realm. Presumeably, all nobles and "intellectuals" knew
Quenya.
Tolkien, late in his life, decided that Celeborn actually was an Amanya
Teler from Alqualonde.
