Actually that should be (in Castilian) "qué piensas".
You can say "de eso" or "sobre eso", it's the same
(the variation is idiolectal I think) though I don't know
whether that holds for Gallego or not.

Judging from the Gallego Wikipedia homepage, it seems
rather different, more like Portuguese than Spanish in fact,
but it's rather understandable. I'm not sure whether I could
understand spoken Gallego. (I could say the same about
Catalan and southern Brazilian Portuguese.)
