Yeah, that's how I understand it.
If we're going for preference, I'd like to be near the beginning.
A little something I should mention: From June 24 to August 15, I'm not
going to have internet access and the like. So if the relay doesn't
start/get to me in time, I'd have pass to on it. :o(
