Weird Language Identification....

I have a excerpt from a language, but I don't know
what it means, or what language it may be from. It may
be real, or a conlang. Any help here would be grand,
even if it were just a hint as to a language family.
Here it is:
> Thebes tres athren be
> (thay-behs trehs ah-thrin bay)
