I can think of three right off the top of my head:
Lou Harrison wrote at least one choral piece in Esperanto (probably more; he
was an Esperanto enthusiast).
György Ligeti's Nouvelles Aventures are written using a pseudo conlang--the
score uses authentic IPA.
David Stutz wrote vocal music inspired by Neal Stephenson's recent novel
Anathem in a constructed language.
