I've never seen any other such words. I'm sure there are so few homonyms
(does French have many?) - and it would be pretty easy to tell the
difference from context - that I don't see any point in using two extra
diacritics. Why not just write <a la sa ou>? (Another annoying part is <qu>
in, e.g., <quart> - <cart> is unambiguous; and so is <Fransais>.)
