Strictly OT - conworlding with 92% or thereabouts commonality with current universe

Hi. The conworlding list seems to have died, so I thought I'd have to plague us
here with my question:
Has anyone done any work on a universe that has a 95% physical law commonality
with the current universe? I started writing something that's blossomed into a
whole new universe-of-sorts, stuck between the 'branes of universes that may or
may not eventuate, and with three sexes, or rather, with one inoperative
sexuality - neuter: I've adopted David Lindsay's pronouns 'ae', 'aer' and
'aerself' ("Voyage to Arcturus") to fill the gap.
What I'm thinking of is a skewed set of basic physical laws where the basic
mathematical progression is not the binary one-two-plusone-plusone-plusone...
into infinity, but instead the integer prime sequence having prime importance
and the binary sequence being of secondary importance.
Needless to say, this plays a huge part in making their most pleasant music
absurdly weird to us - as long as we are not in their world, where it makes
perfect sense.
Am I making any sense?
"The blessings of Karyl and Daryl be upon you for this new prime sequence of
days, and guard you from the malice and machinations of John, Ivanna and
Johanna." - blessing from the Central City for a new prime sequence of days -
not quite a year, not quite not a year.
