Mainly the Conlang FAQ

Most (or all, even) of the stuff on the Conlang FAQ is useful. But the
Conlang FAQ is long dead. I doubt it'll ever be revived. There are a number
of dead links there, though, and non-links, linking to things that'd be even
more useful, at least for me.
Of course, the Conlang FAQ wasn't ever, to my knowledge, a FAQ, and didn't
look as though it'd ever become one, but this isn't really relevent to my
question, exept to clarify what I'm asking.
What I'm asking is is there any alternative? Is there any similar list of
shit like that one is, with more topics? Is anyone working on one? Is there
anyone who would want to make one? (etc.)
Also, what is (X)-SAMPA for the upside-down m, or the 'double 'u ligature
(as opposed to 'double-u, ie w)? (high back unrounded?)
