With a big company like IBM, I'm sure there's quite a few in a
warehouse, but they've been long forgotten. I'll have to keep my eye out
for type balls, I'm sure there's one for sale somewhere.

I haven't used mine in quite a while, but it worked perfectly last time
I used it.
My mom wrote her MSW thesis using an old IBM XT with a daisy-wheel
printer, and as a practical joke my dad found a Hebrew daisy-wheel and
put it in without telling anyone but me. I'll never forget the look on
my mom's face when her thesis started printing out in Hebrew.
