FYI, I found at least one mistake in the German pdf. A long upward-pointing
arrow is used with a click to indicate an velaric _egressive_ sound (a reversed
click, if you like), and a long down-pointing arrow indicates pulmonic _ingressive_
initiation (talking while breathing in) -- these are reversed in the
'Transkription_extIPA.pdf file.
