I agree with BP that it would probably be [M\]. I listened to it again with IPA
Help and it really sounds like something between [w] and [G], and sounds very
guttural to me.

What vowel does the glide sound like? IPA has a "non-syllabic" diacritic (a
subscript arch they call it, in X-SAMPA it's _^) which is very handy as it can
turn any vowel into a glide. IPA Help gives the example of [e_^] for instance.
So maybe your glide is basically [@_^], or even [3_^] (funny, those X-SAMPA
compounds nearly look like emoticons ;))) ). Just choose which vowel it sounds
like :)) .
