Sounds a bit stilted. But in any case, is not synonymous with
> "Everyone get back to your own seat!"
over here. Instead, "proper" is interpreted as "appropriate",
"correct", etc. That interpretation hopefully yields the same seat as
"own", but ownership is not implied.
