Try Boyd-Bowman's "From Latin to Romance in Sound Changes". I got
it at Border's, so it should be available at Amazon, etc. It's a
pretty neat handbook divided up into Rules each of which describes
a sound change. Many examples are given in the major Romance tongues
(except Romanian).
