There surely exist, after polylingual speech exist, more common in
polylingual enviroments but even in monolingual enviroments where some
parts of the speach (not only words) are said in a foraign language. I
don't usually do it in speach but I have some small written pieces whit
language shifts... probably some of them are at my website
