new lang: nvwl

i just came up with an idea for another conlang.  this one is called
"nvwl" and it doesn't have any vowels (but it does have syllabic
consonants).  i don't have much vocabulary for it, but the grammar is
fairly complete. i'll probably put a page about it on my web site in a
few days.  here's a sample:

'Can you speak nvwl?"
