*blinks* It would never occur to me to mix apples and pork. But then -- sweet works with pork, I understnad. Never eat the stuff myself; I wouldn't know (I've probably eaten, by mass, more insects than I ever have pork -- oh, wiat, maybe not; grandma used to force porkchops on me as a child against my better judgement). I'm just afraid plantain would get mushy before potato would; but I don't know. I've never cooked them together. Makes me want to make some recipes, but I don't have many concultures. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Prurio modo viri qui in arbore pilosa est. ~~Elvis ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
