*blinks* It would never occur to me to mix apples and pork. But then --
sweet works with pork, I understnad. Never eat the stuff myself; I
wouldn't know (I've probably eaten, by mass, more insects than I ever have
pork -- oh, wiat, maybe not; grandma used to force porkchops on me as a
child against my better judgement).
I'm just afraid plantain would get mushy before potato would; but I don't
know. I've never cooked them together.
Makes me want to make some recipes, but I don't have many concultures.
