Depends on the size and resolution of your monitor. The text on the EFF
ribbon looks like about an 8-point font. Actually, I see they've got a new
GIF now, 150x41 pixels (and a larger animated one, 112x76). You might be
able to squeeze two lines of a 14-point font on the smaller GIF. I could
make a smaller ribbon somewhere between 40 and 45 pixels high, to go with
the small EFF ribbon, and a larger one (I'm not about to try drawing an
animated GIF!) 75-80 pixels high, which could easily accommodate two lines
of an 18-point font.
