Kura for Windows

I've spent the afternoon writing an installation guide for getting
Kura to work on Windows. It turns out to be surprisingly easy -
download a mere 20 mb of additional libraries, and 400kb of Kura,
follow the simple instructions and everything works! That includes
the database, the desktop application and the webserver... I have
tested the procedure on Windows 2000, but all bits are available
for other Windowses, too.
