Beta of online dictionary

The results of my experiments with the DICT-protocol is to be
found at:

This frontend currently connects to three different dict-
servers. I have chosen a subset of the possible dictionaries at
these servers. If you have dictable databases for me to serve,
run dict yourselves, or want me to add more dictionaries from
the existing servers, I can add it/them easily to this frontend.

You can also access the dictionaries without the form, by using
urls of the form

    http://taliesin.nvg.org/dictionary/DICTIONARY/WORD

DICTIONARY is one of the databases in the drop-down list/select
box, or '*', which is a synonym for "All".

This is a beta, so expect bugs and changes, and do make
suggestions for improvement! Among other things I'm considering
a character-picker.
