Not in the Netherlands. It's forbidden by law. Anyway, I want them to
go to school to learn that there are people who don't live the way we
do, because they won't learn *that* from our example.
I hope that they'll still be so enthusiastic about reading when they're
in high school that they'll teach themselves languages - I was a full
year ahead in Latin and took it with one class up, a year and a half
ahead in English and only had to appear in class for tests, and
taught myself (and my French teacher!) Welsh when I was fourteen.
