I can't for the life of me figure out that Nahuatl one. My best guess is
that it's supposed to be linguolabial, but I'm not sure; the IPA diacritic
looks like the McDonalds arches, according to one recent post, whereas this
one seems to be just one arch with the stem of the phi going through it.
I've never heard of any phi-like sound in Nahuatl, but I suppose it could
have one...

Well, pickiness is justified when the (lack of) quality of something
